On May 26, supported by the US Trade and Development Agency, co-hosted by Energy Cooperation Program, Tianjin Investment Promotion Office, sponsored by the American National Standards Association, “US-China Green Hospital Workshop” was held in Tianjin Shangri-La Hotel.
The event was supported by members of ECP Energy Efficiency Working Group. ECP, with more than 10 representatives from US companies, including Johnson Controls, Autodesk, 3M – Beijing Ying Feihong Technology Co., Ltd., Xylem, Cummins, Dow Chemical, UTC, etc. and leaders and representatives from more than 20 Tianjin hospitals attended the workshop.
At the workshop, representatives of the US company conducted keynote speeches on the implementation of green hospital building evaluation standards, advanced technology innovation to boost the construction of green hospitals, green hospital design, green hospital building film products and so on. Then representatives participated in the dialogue on how to build advanced green hospitals in higher institutions.
This is the second session for ECP “US-China Green Hospital” workshops. The workshop is a strong foundation for Chinese and American enterprises to build a series of green hospital cooperation projects in Tianjin, putting into practice the design, equipment, management, and practice of real landing to the local hospital construction, thus continuing to promote US-China cooperation in the field of green building energy efficiency management.
