先进生物燃料多年来一直是中美能源企业关注和合作的重要议题之一， 标准制定和技术研发是双方合作的重点。早在2011年国家能源局、国家发改委、民航总局、美国贸易发展署、美国能源部、美国商务部及美国农业部就将先进生物燃料作为重要双边能源合作项目，持续关注和支持该行业的可持续发展和商务合作。
鉴于此，中国循环经济协会可再生能源专业委员会、美国贸易发展署、中美能源合作项目、美国国家标准化机构、眉山加州智慧城市研究院等单位，于2021年2月2日联合组织“生物燃料标准国际研讨会”。
希望继续推动关注先进清洁燃料的标准制定、技术研发，以及全球能源低碳绿色转型大背景下，中国生物燃料行业的政策和行业发展路径。
Advanced biofuels have been one of the important issues of concern and cooperation between Chinese and the United States energy companies for many years, and standard-setting and technology research and development are the focus of cooperation between the two sides.
As early as 2011, the National Energy Administration, National Development and Reform Commission, Civil Aviation Administration, U.S. Trade and Development Agency, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. Department of Agriculture have made advanced biofuels an important bilateral energy cooperation project and continue to focus on and support the industry’s sustainability and business cooperation. In view of this, Chinese Renewable Energy Industries Association (CREIA), U.S. Trade and Development Agency(USTDA), U.S.-China Energy Cooperation Program (ECP), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Meishan California Smart City Institute, and other domestic and foreign biofuel-related organizations, jointly organize the ” International Biofuel Standard Workshop” on February 2, 2021.
We hope to continue to promote policies and industry development paths for China’s biofuel industry in the context of standard-setting, technology research and development, and global energy low-carbon green transformation.
