2017年11月11日，美国贸易发展署（USTDA）、中美能源合作项目（ECP）、国家发展和改革委员会城市和小城镇改革发展中心（CCUD）将联合举办中美可持续发展和健康城市发展研讨会，共同探讨可持续城市的区域能源体系构建与设计等问题。本次研讨会将有若干城市代表出席，包括城市发展研究中心职员、专家、城市产业代表等。
