中美公共区域合同能源管理研讨会将于2017年11月15日在北京举办。本次会议由中国国家发展与改革委员会和美国能源部共同主办，并由中国质量认证中心、中美能源合作项目和西北太平洋国家实验室支持。
参会嘉宾包括国家发展与改革委员会、机关事务管理局、财政部、住房与城乡建设部、教育部、卫生和计划生育委员会的政府官员，地方相关单位官员，具有公共区域合同能源管理经验的科研机构和能源服务公司代表，以及美方企业代表等。本次会议将推动中美在公共区域合同能源管理领域的交流，为未来合作创造机会。

US-China Public Sector Energy Performance Contracting Training Seminar
US-China Public Sector Energy Performance Contracting Training Seminar is to be held in Beijing on Nov 15, 2017, co-hosted by China National Development and Reform Commission and the U.S. Department of Energy, with support from the China Quality Certification Centre, the U.S.-China Energy Cooperation Program, and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
We would like to invite you to attend this workshop with government officials from National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), National Government Offices Administration (GOA), Ministry of Finance (MOF), Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD), Ministry of Education(MOE), and National Health and Family Planning Commission (NHFPC), and officials from provincialand local equivalents of these agencies. Representatives from research institutes and ESCOs, especially those with experience in public sector EPCs, and U.S. companies will also participate. This seminar would provide a networking opportunity for U.S. and China to seek future initiatives in Chinesepublic sector EPCs.
